Garage Door Remotes

We carry remotes for almost every make and model that you may have. We have universal remotes for Genie, Liftmaster, Chamberlain, Sears, Stanley, Overhead, Linear, Marantec, Guardian, and many more! Feel free to email us a picture of the part number (usually on the back of the remote) to confirm that we have a compatible remote.

Keypads for Genie, Liftmaster and Universal

We carry every type of remote battery ever made for garage door remotes. CR2025, CR2032, 9-Volt, and all the other common batteries. We will even help you swap out the battery and show you how to reprogram the remote if necessary.

Large Internal Battery Backup Replacements

We carry the Liftmaster 485LM backup battery in stock, and will recycle the old battery for you. We are also happy to walk you through how to replace your garage door opener battery in the ceiling unit properly without losing any of your codes or settings.

Gear Kits for Old and New Openers

We carry old style Genie and Liftmaster gear kits, as well as the new style gear kit motor assemblies for Liftmaster and Chamberlain garage door opener units. We cannot give instructions on these repairs since they should only be performed by professionals. We welcome DIY customers to follow the instructions provided.

Old and New Style Chamberlain and Liftmaster Belts

We keep belts in stock for any Chamberlain and Liftmaster unit ever produced. We carry the old style belts with wider cogs, and the new style belts with the rounded and closer together cogs. These belts are compatible with some other brands as well. We have belts in stock for 7' and 8' rails, and will happily dispose of your old belt for you.

Capacitors and Circuit Boards

We have capacitors for most brands of garage door openers. We also have circuit boards for almost any Chamberlain or Liftmaster garage door opener ever produced, however our stock is dwindling on Green, Red, and Purple Button circuit boards because they have all been discontinued by the manufacturer. Be sure to bring your existing circuit board in so that we can match it to the circuit board with the correct features and connections,

Carriages and Limit Switches

We have several styles of Genie and Liftmaster/Chamberlain carriages, trolleys, and limit switches in stock. Bring in your existing carriage, trolley, limit switch, or limit assembly and we can match it with one of our parts. We carry some of the older plastic style Genie carriages, and have a few different styles of inner slide racks in stock also.

Safety Sensors

We have the old and newer styles of Genie and Liftmaster/Chamberlain safety sensors in stock. Be sure to check your garage for obstructions and proper alignment of the infrared safety beams before assuming they need to be replaced. Many times the sensors can be adjusted rather than replaced.

Garage Door Parts

We have parts that are compatible with CHI, Overhead Door, Mid-America, Clopay, Raynor, Wayne Dalton, and many other garage door brands.

Garage door parts that we keep in stock include rollers, hinges, cables, drums, fixtures, brackets, bearings, 16′ shafts, 8′ and 16′ struts, vertical and horizontal tracks, and more.

We do not sell garage door panels or torsion springs over the counter for liability reasons. We carry only the finest garage door components.

Garage Door Rollers

We carry regular and long-stem nylon coated steel rollers as well as regular and long-stem steel rollers. We buy top quality rollers with 10 or 11 ball bearings that are rated from anywhere between 50,000 to 100,000 cycles. You can purchase them individually or as a set.

Perimeter Seal (Jamb Seal)

We sell full sets of perimeter seal over the counter in a variety of colors. Call first to confirm availability as some colors need to be brought from our local warehouse to our showroom and parts location. We sell full sets of perimeter jamb seal for 16'x7', 16'x8', 8'x7', 9'x7' and other size garage doors. We also provide the matching colored nails. We stock the 3 pieces required for a standard 16'x7' and 8'x7' in Almond at all times.

Bottom Weatherseal and Bottom Astragal Rails

We keep two channel standard 3 1/2" and 4 1/2" weatherseal in stock for any sized garage door. We also have universal weatherseal that works on all doors that are 2" thick or less. We carry universal astragal that has an L shape and can be used on almost any garage door. Take pictures of your existing door at the bottom from several angles and stop by to see if we have what you need. We have solutions for almost any residential garage door make and model.
