We are looking for a full-time customer service representative who wants to work at an award-winning, locally family-owned garage door company that’s been in business since 1977 and has 30 employees.
This job entails answering phones, scheduling customers through our scheduling software, helping customers with retail purchases, and performing administrative duties.
No cold-calling or hard selling is required because we have enough work to keep us busy year-round. Our customers are rarely upset because we deliver on our promises, and our customers respect our reputation because of it!

7:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday-Friday
7:30 am – 3:00 pm Saturdays
Office meetings 7:00 am Fridays
$55,000-$65,000+ during first year.
The pay starts at $14.50/hr and is paid weekly with a direct deposit option.
Monthly company bonuses are based on a team goal and range from $200-$800+ per person.
Lunches are 1 hour and are paid—30 minutes on Saturday due to shortened schedules.
