Our technicians work 7:30am-6:00pm Monday through Friday and 7:30am-4:00pm every other Saturday with meetings on Thursday mornings at 7:00am. As a service business, there are times where our technicians end up working later than usual to get all of their jobs for the day finished. Our technicians work an average of 65 hours per week (includes 1 hour per day as a paid lunch), and get paid great money to serve our customers with top quality service, repairs, and installations. We keep our technicians busy year-round and have never had to cut or cap overtime due to seasonal changes. We’re also an essential service, so our employees remained employed and got paid during the COVID-19 pandemic.
💰 Pay and Perks:
$55,000-$75,000+ your first year, and benefits too! We provide everything: tools, fully stocked company truck, uniform, gas, parts…..everything you could possibly need for the jobs you go to. Pay is weekly with option of direct deposit, and company bonuses are paid monthly. Lunches average 1 hour and are also paid. We pay 50% of medical and dental insurance, and provide and pay for our employee’s life insurance. Retirement funds are matched at 3% in the form of a simple IRA after 1 year of employment. Paid time off includes sick and vacation pay that increases yearly, major holidays, bereavement, and voting. We have worker’s compensation and general liability coverage.

📝 About the Job:
You’ll be trained for 3 to 6 weeks by our top performers and then get your own truck that has absolutely everything you need for 99% of the jobs we run into so that you don’t have to chase down parts. All of our trucks have a full schedule every day, so you won’t have to sit around and wait on jobs to be dispatched or worry about down time.
Our service area is limited to Northeast Dallas and Collin Counties, so most of your time is spent at the job and not on the road. We pay for your testing to become certified as a Residential Garage Door Installer by the Institute of Door Dealer Education and Accreditation. This national certification is only utilized by 5% of our competition, and we take pride in the quality of our service technicians.
Our residential garage door technicians have serviced, repaired, and replaced residential garage doors and openers since 1977. Most of our technicians had never touched a garage door before we trained them, and now they’re considered top professionals in our industry. The two industry leading brands, Liftmaster and C.H.I., send their corporate reps and new hires to tour our facilities and operations.
