Garage Door Spring Service and Repair for Dallas, Highland Park and Wylie, TX Areas
We are the only garage door company in the DFW metroplex that provides lifetime warranty springs at no additional charge to the customer. We have always stood behind the quality of our torsion springs and have offered a lifetime warranty on them since 1986.
What’s better than a lifetime warranty? Having it along with a low price guarantee! That’s right, as long as a company is offering commercial grade galvanized 34″ long replacement springs and includes their warranty, taxes, and labor in their price just like we do; we will beat it any time!
We custom order commercial grade, galvanized springs that are made in the USA. All our springs are 34″ long in order to guarantee maximum performance and to allow for us to carry a common stock that caters to all residential garage door styles and weights. We keep a variety of springs on our trucks that will work on anything from basic lightweight steel garage doors to heavy wooden overlay doors that are 3″ thick. Our springs have maximized ratings (known as IPPT or Inch Pounds Per Turn), and our certified technicians use formulas to make sure you get the most out of your springs. Our garage door springs are:
- Galvanized, rust inhibitive wire.
- Individually computer-calibrated.
- 34” Commercial grade.
- 2″ Inside diameter.
- Special ordered from the manufacturer, and sent directly to our warehouse.
- Rated at maximum life cycle for garage door springs.
When having a garage door spring replaced, one of the first surprises is usually that your garage door was lacking what the industry recommends and your garage door won’t open at all. Homeowners often know very little about garage doors, and it’s usually not something anybody looks at when buying a home. For that reason, builders put the cheapest garage door with the fewest components possible. As long as it lasts a year, they don’t have to worry about it and the home buyer never knows until years later. This leads to homeowners being trapped and unable to get out whenever their spring breaks. Therefore, any reputable garage door company will recommend having two springs for a two car garage door. Replacing Your Springs
Our technicians replace most broken springs in less than an hour. You can rely on our professionally trained, non-commissioned, IDEA Certified, background checked, drug tested, and fully insured company service technicians. We have never subcontracted our work. All our technicians are trained to handle any problem, and have product knowledge of our repair parts and new products. We get the job done the right way in a timely manner rather than selling unnecessary products and taking up half of your day. We value your time and our technicians are very efficient at what they do!
Competition and Pricing
When the other companies show up, they’re going to mention that their lifetime warranty isn’t INCLUDED, it’s AVAILABLE (for up to $450 up-charge). And then they are going to give you an invoice that mentions their 30 DAY warranty. Oh, and did we mention that their springs range from 18” to 25” long?
If a garage door is not properly balanced by professional technicians, your garage door and opener will be under unnecessary stress and other components will wear out much faster. Unfortunately some of our competitors will put springs on garage doors that aren’t strong enough on purpose. They see it as an opportunity to return to your home when your opener burns up or when the door comes off it’s tracks after their 30 day warranty has expired. Our technicians use precise measurements, IPPT conversions, and balance tests rather than just weighing the garage door.

Don’t Try it Yourself!
Springs are one of the most important components of a garage door. Each garage door spring helps the door move smoothly, whether it’s opening or closing. Under the best circumstances, a broken garage door spring inhibits smooth movement. In worse cases, a broken spring can become extremely dangerous.
Our certified service technicians use Surewinders, a special tool developed to change garage door torsion springs in a safe manner. Garage door springs and cables are under hundreds of pounds of tension and can seriously injure those who try to figure things out by watching YouTube videos.
