Commercial Grade Doors in Plano, TX

What is builder grade?

“Builder grade” is a term typically used to describe an inexpensive product made from low grade materials. Often times with garage doors, builders or contractors will use the least expensive garage doors, openers, and parts for new houses. The quality of the garage door isn’t always a priority as a homeowner, but if ignored, can be a huge headache over time. These doors and openers cannot withstand the test of time in normal conditions, which is made worse by our crazy Texas weather and sun. Builder grade doors bend, break, and buckle much easier than commercial grade causing much more expense and time to repair. Often times our customers call with what should have been a minor repair, but was made much worse because of the poor quality of the door.

What is commercial grade?

“Commercial grade” (also known as “Professional Grade”) is defined as a top quality, durable product made to endure stress from weight, wear, and weather. Commercial grade garage doors are the highest quality and most durable you can find. Garage door openers are the main way most people get in and out of their homes; however, it is also the most overlooked during home repairs. Being often overlooked but commonly used, having a quality garage door is the key to reliability. When looking for a new garage door or garage door parts be sure to ask about the gauge of steel, warranty, and cycles (for springs and rollers).

What do we install?

All of our garage doors and parts are commercial, professional grade steel. We believe so much in the quality of our product that, on every door we install, we put a lifetime warranty on all parts (springs, cables, rollers, hinges, tracks, and hardware), as well as a limited lifetime warranty on sections/panels. All of our springs are 34” oil-tempered steel, computer-calibrated to lift your door a minimum of 10,000-25,000 cycles. Our durable inside stiles are made of galvanized steel and all holes are “dimpled” for increased holding power. Our heavy duty tracks are 16-gauge steel with an added reinforcing angle to prevent warping.

We pride ourselves on providing the best quality for the best price. Our doors and openers are reliable, durable, and virtually maintenance free. All of our technicians are fully trained, full-time employees- we never hire subcontractors; therefore, they will be knowledgeable about all of our products and familiar with your door. You can be sure that customers receive a top quality door with excellent service and peace of mind.
