Much of our staff were victims ourselves, and we know it has been extremely overwhelming for homeowners and residents who were affected by the recent hailstorms. We’d like to share a few tips and tid-bits, hoping it will help anyone through this time:
- In order to make it easier on the home owner, we are providing written estimates and e-mailing them as well. This has been successful in helping the home owner with instant information for their insurance company, as well as, saving them from having to take off work for an on-site estimate.
- If you are working through a contractor for a new door install, and decide you want to work directly with us, you are allowed to contact that contractor and have them remove that project from the contract. Make sure you inform your insurance adjuster of your decision.
